Christine and Jon Eric’s spring wedding at Domaine Pterion Vineyard & Winery in Macungie, Pennsylvania was such a grounded, intentional day in the best way.

As a Lehigh Valley wedding photographer, vineyard weddings like this are some of my favorite to document because they naturally lend themselves to slowing down and actually being present.

Christine and Jon Eric are effortless together—quiet and playful, always making each other laugh, but still really tuned into the more emotional, sentimental parts of the day.

The overall vibe was relaxed but classy, with a focus on experience over perfection, which honestly fits this kind of Pennsylvania vineyard wedding so well.

Even with an overcast spring sky and no golden hour light, everything photographed beautifully with soft, even light all day long.

One of my favorite things about photographing at Domaine Pterion Vineyard & Winery is how versatile the space is—the natural light in the getting-ready suites, the open vineyard for portraits and ceremonies, and the barn that mixes rustic character with modern windows and climate control.

Their favorite part of the day was time alone together in the vineyard, which really summed up the whole wedding—slow, present, and fully theirs.
